Orders & Payments
How do I place an order on MamoYamo?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can place your order as a guest or create an account for faster checkout and exclusive offers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Netbanking and Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible areas.
Is COD available for all products?
Yes, COD is available for most products. However, for selected zip codes, it may not be applicable.
I applied a discount code, but it didn’t work. What should I do?
Make sure the code is valid and hasn't expired. If the issue persists, contact our support team at care@mamoyamo.com or +971-56-413-5371 before completing the payment.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery updates and tracking information will be shared via SMS/email.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. You can also log in to your MamoYamo account to view your order status.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
We currently offer standard and express delivery in select cities. Same-day delivery is being rolled out gradually.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible items. Returned products must be unused and in original condition and packaging. For more information please refer to our Refund Policy.
Which items are non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, products like nursing accessories, undergarments, feeding bottles, and personal care products cannot be returned. To get complete list of products ineligible for return, please refer to our Refund Policy.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please contact our customer care at care@mamoyamo.com or call us at +971-56-413-5371. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup if eligible.
How long does the refund process take?
Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Thereafter it might take 5-7 days to reflect the refund amount in your account depending upon the bank.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes, if the same product is available in a different size or variant, we can arrange an exchange subject to availability.
