Return Policy
Effective Date: March 18, 2025
1. Eligibility for Returns:

Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following categories are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange:

Personal Care and Hygiene Products: Items such as swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, footwear, potty training items, maternity belts, health and personal care products, and certain baby products (e.g., teethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene tissues, feeding-related products).

Assembled or Installed Products: Items that have been fully assembled or installed, such as ride-on toys, playpens, and indoor/outdoor playsets.

Used or Damaged Items: Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in the same condition as received.

Beauty Products: All beauty products are non-returnable.
- Hazardous Materials: We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us at care@mamoyamo.com if you have any questions related to non-returnable items.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, you can contact us at care@mamoyamo.com or call us at +971-56-413-5371.
Once we receive the returned product(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed accordingly. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds:
Refunds are processed based on the original payment method:

Debit & Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days after processing.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be issued as a Gift Card which can be redeemed on purchase of new items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@mamoyamo.com.
5. Exchanges\Damages\Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a one-time exchange for sizing issues. If the exchanged size still isn’t right, you have the option to return the item instead.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
